New Provision - Candidate eligibility. Should the following new provision be advanced to final voting? (a) All candidates for office must have attended at least 3 of the last 5 immediate national conventions, (b)Candidates must show proof of no felony conviction and demonstrate highest moral character, (c) No one can hold local and national office- if elected to national office, he must resign his local office.

New Provision - Permanent Standing Committees. Should this provision be advanced? (a) Permanent Electoral Commission shall oversee all aspects of election including setting campaign rules and presidential debates, composed of 5 members appointed to 4 year terms ( no Board members, chapter presidents , candidates of campaign surrogates. Organize run-off elections if no candidate gets at least 50.1% of vote. (b) Permanent rules and Bylaws Committee which will review administrative actions of Board and Executive to ensure they are in compliance, conduct review of By-laws every 10 years, collect and review proposed amendments. It will be comprised of 9 members appointed to renewable three year terms.
